Exclusions
Purchase Protection does not cover:
Items purchased outside of the Shaolin Hub platform.
Issues caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer.
Items explicitly listed as “final sale” or “no refunds” (unless defective or not delivered).
Change-of-mind returns that don’t comply with the seller’s return policy.
